Why four ovens? We at Pizza Leonati are looking to cater for Vegan, Vegetarian and Carnivorian diets by having separate ovens. We also have dedicated food prep areas so these foods types can be kept separate.
True authentic Neapolitan pizzas have a tender, pillowy bottom with big fragrant holes in the dough after cooking very quickly over extremely high heat. When cut, it is pliable and bends easily under the weight of toppings.
In addition to our authentic wood fired pizzas we can also serve a selection of side salads and antipasti. A typical selection: mixed leaf salad, couscous salad, selection of dry-cured meats and olives. Freshly made garlic & rosemary bread can also be added.
Of course our specialty is Pizza, Neapolitan Style - 90 seconds bake. However our oven which can reach temperatures up to 1100°F 660°C can cook just about anything! For a more informal wedding breakfast, you could choose our pizza package as the main event followed by an alternative option in the evening. How about bacon butties or Lamb Koftas?
