Pizzaiolo Yeyrey brought his experience to Pizza Leonati, we as a team learned many skills which we now employ throughout our preparation and cooking.

Purchased from the US, this chubby version of Michael Angelo's David seemed the perfect choice for our mascot. I added a pizza slice and pizza boxes to complete the look.
We have achieved a Maximum 5 for our Hygiene Rating from the Rother District Council. Our ovens cook to a very hygienic temperature of 430C.
Before we took our newly renovated van out on the road we took some photos. We couldn't resist capturing all that shiny copper and steel designed by Leo Ferenc.
Why four ovens? We at Pizza Leonati are looking to cater for Vegan, Vegetarian and Carnivorian diets by having separate ovens. We also have dedicated food prep areas so these foods types can be kept separate.
